Centauri V

Centauri V is a red and yellow super-Jupiter in the [Centauri system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0Qllvmr5v5-centauri-system), [United Empire of Earth (UEE)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth). Enormous, violent storms that almost encircle the entire planet occasionally develop near the equator, while its north and south poles are encircled by systems of permanent cyclones. Spacecraft sometimes utilize the upper atmosphere of Centauri V for refueling, barring the presence of any extreme weather.
