Ui'r.a'ang (Kai'pua I) is the first planet from the sun of the [Kai'pua system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/V3GBmlQoar-kaipua-system), [Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0n96JkwNo9-xian-empire). Composed mainly of carbon, it is a terrestrial planet with black, brown, and red hued atmosphere. The temperatures and pressure in the planet's interior may have caused the formation of abundant diamonds beneath the surface. However, the Xi'an government prohibits mining, so this hypothesis remains unproven.
