Garrity Arms

Garrity Arms was a [Human](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0Nwpnr6wa2-humans) weapon design and manufacturing company that operated from 2280 to 2516. Founded on Earth (Sol III), it relocated to Mars (Sol IV) in 2299, where it developed the first Human-designed off-world weapon, the Tedge 8 handgun. Garrity Arms' weapons were primarily used during the [Human Colonial Expansion Era (2380-2530)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0dQ4BjlQQm-human-colonial-expansion-era). Although the company went out of business in 2516, some of its brands are owned and utilized by other weapons manufacturers today.
