Erin Toi

Erin Toi (SEY 2746 – 2873) was a politician and author elected as a [Senator](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VaZn8OqaNZ-senate) for [Earth (Sol III)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/Rw1KpMJLZB-earth-sol-iii) and the first Imperator of the [United Empire of Earth](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth) (UEE) to serve after the end of the [Messer Era](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/V8gJ6ZwGqo-messer-era) (2546 - 2792). During her time in office, she oversaw the creation and implementation of the [Fair Chance Act](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RXlXmnaYGP-fair-chance-act), the war crimes tribunals of former Messer agents, the [Perry Line Pact](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0Gx9GdvqAQ-perry-line-pact), the restoration of the [Tribunal](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/bZwq5Nr5EL-tribunal) system, and other major revisions to the UEE government. She left office in 2801.
